Founder & Financial Advisor, Byrd Wealth Management
Justin Byrd is the founder of Byrd Wealth Management and an experienced advisor to individuals, families, and business owners who want a clear, comprehensive approach to financial planning. He brings over a decade of experience in the financial industry and a legacy that spans three generations, all committed to helping others make wise, values-driven decisions about their money. Not everyone is his client, and that is okay. He wants to find the right fit for each client and build a strong valued-based relationship that fosters financial independence.
Financial planning has always been a part of Justin’s life. He grew up observing his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather serve clients with honesty, care, and professionalism. Their example shaped his service-based approach: offer real advice, do what is right for people, and take the time to truly listen. That mindset is at the heart of Byrd Wealth Management.
Prior to founding his own firm, Justin worked with MassMutual and New York Life, gaining deep experience in holistic-based planning, investment management, risk management, insurance strategies, and business succession. He earned his degree in Business, History, and Communication from the University of Missouri and played Division 1 collegiate baseball. He competed on multiple teams that advanced to NCAA Regional Tournaments, was part of the 2012 Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship team, and has a developed understanding of what it means to be a valuable team player. That combination of strategic thinking, discipline, and teamwork still informs how he leads and serves today.
Outside of work, Justin is in his community. He lives in Parker, Colorado, with his wife Lauren and their three children, Hudson, Brooklyn, and Cameron. He serves on the governing board of Platte River Academy, a local charter school, coaches his local kids' sports teams, is an assistant varsity baseball coach, and is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International. He is active in international missions and local ministry. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, shooting sports, and watching college sports—especially March Madness and College Gameday.
Clients describe Justin as approachable, trustworthy, and focused. He is a man of his word. For him, financial planning is not just about numbers. It is about building relationships, solving problems, and helping good people live intentional lives with clarity, security, and purpose.
