Justin began his career in government and transitioned into financial planning and wealth management. This work is deeply personal to him and rooted in his strong family heritage of 100 years in the financial planning business. Over the years, he has had the privilege of witnessing family and friends achieve financial success and flourish through wise decisions.

He has a strong background in financial planning, wealth creation strategies, strategic planning, investments, insurance and team building. He has worked in both advisory and management roles in the financial industry and has hit his stride working in tandem with his clients. 

Justin, Lauren, Hudson, Brooklyn and Cameron love to spend time together as a family. They love to adventure, play sports, stay active with their school, worship together, make friends and certainly visit anywhere tropical with whales and turtles. 

Justin and Lauren have known each other since they were children. Their families have been close friends, and they have a very fun and entertaining love story. Justin graduated the University of Missouri at Columbia in 2013 where he obtained his bachelor's degree in communication, history and business also while playing baseball in the Big 12 Conference and Southeastern Conference.
